By accessing or using the services provided by Weblistingcare, a service brand of CubeDigitalInnovation LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Our services are advisory in nature. We provide guidance, recommendations, and best practices based on our expertise and understanding of Google’s policies. We do not have direct control over Google’s decisions or processes.

Payment Terms

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect services already purchased.
Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that your Google Business Profile will be reinstated, verified, or achieve any specific outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including Google’s internal review processes, your specific situation, and compliance with Google’s policies. Our services are based on best effort and industry expertise.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of CubeDigitalInnovation LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, as required by law, or with your consent. You agree to keep confidential any proprietary methods, strategies, or information we share with you.
Service Modifications
